- Chickpeas - 100 grams, cooked
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced carrot and bell pepper, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Mix in the diced zucchini and chopped tomato, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the cooked chickpeas, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice just before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
