Ingredients
- Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced

- Radish - 4, thinly sliced
- Black olives - 100 grams
- Green olives - 100 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Labneh (or yogurt) - 100 grams
- Eggs - 2, boiled or poached
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Start by boiling the eggs in a small pot for about 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled. Once done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- While the eggs are cooling, prepare the vegetables by slicing the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and radish.
- On a serving platter, arrange the sliced vegetables, black and green olives, and crumbled feta cheese aesthetically.
- Scoop the labneh or yogurt into a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Peel and cut the boiled eggs in halves or quarters, and place them on the platter.
- Garnish the entire platter with fresh parsley before serving.
