Ingredients

  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • Chopped walnuts - 30 grams
  • Chopped almonds - 30 grams
  • Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Fresh fruit (banana or apple slices) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the blackstrap molasses and tahini until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon to the molasses-tahini mix, and stir until well combined.
