Ingredients

  • Unsalted roasted peanuts - 200 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Place the unsalted roasted peanuts in a food processor.
  2. Process the peanuts on high speed for about 2-3 minutes until they start to break down and turn into a paste.
  3. Add honey, sea salt, coconut oil, and ground cinnamon (if using) to the food processor.
  4. Continue processing for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or saltiness as preferred.
  6. Transfer the fıstık ezmesi to a clean jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
