- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the tomatoes and slice them in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the tomato halves cut-side up on a baking sheet and brush them generously with the olive oil mixture.
- Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to warm the cheese slightly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
