Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
- Prick the potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until tender.
