Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 150 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20 cm round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the yogurt and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, green onion, dill, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
