- All-purpose flour - 150 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 large
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20 cm round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the yogurt and olive oil until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, green onion, dill, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
