- Ground lamb - 250 grams

- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2 large
- Tomato - 1 large, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Plain yogurt - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the meat mixture into two oval kebabs and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the kebabs and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- While the kebabs are baking, prepare the salad by slicing the tomato and cucumber. Arrange them on a plate.
- Once the kebabs are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan to your desired doneness.
- Serve the kebabs hot with the salad and a dollop of plain yogurt alongside the fried eggs.
