Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create long strands resembling spaghetti.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and start to burst.
