Ingredients

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create long strands resembling spaghetti.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and start to burst.
  4. Stir in the spiralized zucchini and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the zucchini is tender but still slightly crunchy.
