Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 300 grams

Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini and cherry tomatoes under cold water. Pat dry.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices or half-moons.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. Chop the fresh parsley and add it to the bowl.
