- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

- Fresh lemon - 1 (cut into wedges)

Steps
- Clean the horse mackerel by removing the insides and rinsing under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each fish in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- Carefully place the coated fish in the pan and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the fish from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.
