- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, and shredded mozzarella cheese to form a dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then press it into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a crust.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in tomato paste, diced red bell pepper, oregano, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- Bake the Kıymalı Çörek in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
- Slice and serve warm.
