- Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 grams

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the tomato paste, diced bell pepper, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- In a food processor, blend the steamed cauliflower until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a baking dish, spread the creamy cauliflower mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Top the cauliflower layer with the ground beef mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the beef layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
