  • Almond flour - 200 grams

  • Ground lamb or beef - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Green bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese (optional) - 50 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then shape it into a round pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/2 cm thick.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Add ground lamb or beef, cooking until browned. Stir in diced bell peppers, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  7. Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  8. If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
