- Ground lamb or beef - 150 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Green bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese (optional) - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes, then shape it into a round pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/2 cm thick.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground lamb or beef, cooking until browned. Stir in diced bell peppers, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
- Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
