- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped

- Mint - 10 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the fine bulgur with boiling water, cover, and let it sit for about 15 minutes until the bulgur absorbs the water and becomes tender.
- While the bulgur is soaking, prepare the fish by seasoning both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and cook the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest.
- In a large bowl, fluff the cooked bulgur with a fork. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, mint, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and pomegranate molasses if using.
- Mix all the ingredients well and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the fish on a plate alongside a generous portion of the kısır salad.
