- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely sliced
- Parsley - 30 grams, finely chopped
- Mint - 10 grams, finely chopped
- Pomegranate seeds - 50 grams

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fine bulgur and hot water. Cover and let sit for about 10-15 minutes until the bulgur absorbs the water and becomes tender.
- Once the bulgur is ready, fluff it with a fork and add the olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well to combine.
- Add the diced tomato, cucumber, green onion, parsley, and mint to the bulgur mixture. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
