- Fine bulgur - 100 grams
- Boiling water - 150 ml

- Parsley - 30 grams, finely chopped
- Mint leaves - 10 grams, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Pomegranate molasses - 15 ml
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fine bulgur and boiling water. Cover and let it sit for about 10 minutes until the bulgur absorbs the water and softens.
- Once the bulgur is ready, fluff it with a fork to separate the grains.
- Add the chopped tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onion, parsley, and mint leaves to the bulgur.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the bulgur mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Let it sit for about 5 minutes for the flavors to meld before serving.
