- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small, oval-shaped meatballs, about 2-3 cm in diameter.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the salad. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, diced tomato, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently to mix.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the skillet and serve hot alongside the cucumber and tomato salad.
