- Egg - 1 large
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - a few leaves
- Tahini sauce - for serving
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are well browned and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on a separate pan.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a köfte patty on each bun, adding slices of tomato, cucumber, and a few lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the top before closing the bun. Serve immediately.
