  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

  • Cucumber - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - a few leaves
  • Tahini sauce - for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
