- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, finely chopped

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, for serving
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, finely chopped parsley, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined, then shape the mixture into small oval meatballs (about 5 cm in length).
- Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
