  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for köfte)
  • White fish fillets (such as cod or haddock) - 200 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon (for fish)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Shape the meat mixture into small oval or round meatballs (köfte) and set aside.
