- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Tomato sauce - 150 grams
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, heat the tomato sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes, if using, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toast the bread rolls lightly on a skillet or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each roll, followed by the cooked köfte patty, a spoonful of the tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, and cucumbers. Top with the other half of the roll.
