- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
- Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2 medium
- Red onion (sliced) - 1/4 medium
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties that fit your burger buns.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the salad toppings by slicing the tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- Once the patties are cooked, lightly toast the whole wheat burger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty, then top with tomato, cucumber, and red onion slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice before placing the top half of the bun on. Serve immediately.
