  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
