- Lean ground beef - 250 grams

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Whole wheat lavash - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, parsley, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into two patties about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the vegetables by slicing the tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice to create a tangy sauce.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To assemble the Köfte Dürüm Burger, lay a piece of lavash flat, place a köfte patty on top, and add sliced vegetables.
