- Ground lamb - 250 grams
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons, for cooking
- Lettuce leaves - 4, for serving
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare your serving plates with lettuce leaves as a base. Top each lettuce leaf with a cooked patty, followed by slices of tomato and cucumber.
