Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the finely chopped white fish, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, egg, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
