- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- Clean and gut the fish, then rinse it under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the fish, ensuring it is well coated inside and out. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
