  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it evenly in the creamy spinach sauce.
