- Sea bream - 400 grams (2 fillets)

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the sea bream fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated sea bream fillets skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
