Ingredients

  • Sea bream - 400 grams (2 fillets)
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the sea bream fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, place the marinated sea bream fillets skin-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
