- Sea bass (Çipura) - 2 fillets (about 250g each)
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 200g, halved
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
- Add the sea bass fillets to the marinade, coating them well. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- On a baking tray, arrange the sliced red onion, bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes evenly.
- Place the marinated sea bass fillets on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley and dill over the fish and vegetables.
- Drizzle any leftover marinade over the dish.
- Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
