- Butter - 30 grams
- Milk - 50 ml
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts) - 2 tablespoons
- Mini marshmallows - 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- Whipped cream - for topping (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce them multiple times with a fork.
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until they are tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare the chocolate filling: In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Once the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil.
