Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed meat to the marinade, stirring well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated meat, red bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.
