Steps
- Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them using a box grater or food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and water.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water to reach the desired consistency.
