- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

- Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml

Steps

- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, until the lamb is tender.
- While the lamb is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- Once the lamb is tender, adjust seasoning if necessary and stir in the cooked pasta.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
