Steps
- Wash and trim the green beans, then blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- While the green beans are cooling, chop the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion and parsley.
