Steps
- In a saucepan, pour the heavy cream and heat it over low heat. Do not bring it to a boil; keep it at a gentle simmer.

- Once the cream has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it sets to a creamy consistency.
