Ingredients

  • Unsalted roasted peanuts - 200 grams
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Stevia or erythritol - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Place the unsalted roasted peanuts in a food processor.
  2. Blend the peanuts for about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sea salt, coconut oil, and optional sweetener and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated and smooth.
