- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a separate bowl, toss the potato wedges with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, arrange the marinated chicken thighs and scatter the potato wedges around them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
