  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Yogurt - 100 grams (for serving, optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up, and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with yogurt on the side, if desired.
