Ingredients

  • Sucuk (Turkish sausage) - 200 grams
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, diced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the sucuk into thick rounds and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the sucuk and sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and diced bell pepper to the baking dish, mixing them with the sucuk.
  5. Crack the eggs over the top of the mixture, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the eggs and vegetables.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
