- Whole wheat flour - 200 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams

- Baking powder - 5 grams
- Salt - 5 grams
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
- Black pepper - 2 grams
- Egg - 1, for egg wash
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, and black pepper to create the filling.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle, then fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
- Arrange the poğaça on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each poğaça for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
