- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground beef - 100 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Mint leaves - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, water, and salt to form a dough. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

- Place a small amount of the beef filling in the center of each square and fold the corners to form dumplings. Pinch to seal tightly.
- Arrange the dumplings on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the dumplings are baking, bring the broth to a simmer in a pot.
- Once the dumplings are ready, add them to the simmering broth and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, drizzled with yogurt, and sprinkle paprika and dried mint on top.
