Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 200 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
  • Fish fillet (such as cod or salmon) - 100 grams, cut into small pieces
  • Mussels, cleaned - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, then roll it out into an oval shape, about 1/2 cm thick.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the red onion and garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the shrimp, fish, and mussels to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Stir in cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  8. Spread the seafood mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  9. Fold the edges of the dough over the seafood to create a crust.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
