- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Chicken breast - 200 grams, thinly sliced

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Lettuce - 50 grams, shredded
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape it into a circle.
- Place the rolled out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the marinated chicken evenly over the tomato sauce.
- Top with sliced red onion and bell pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Top with shredded lettuce and chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.
