Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Chicken breast - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce - 50 grams, shredded
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape it into a circle.
  4. Place the rolled out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Distribute the marinated chicken evenly over the tomato sauce.
  7. Top with sliced red onion and bell pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  10. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped parsley before serving.
  11. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.
