Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook until slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sautéed zucchini, then pour half of the cheese mixture over it.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini and cheese mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
