- Zucchini - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Eggs - 2 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook until slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sautéed zucchini, then pour half of the cheese mixture over it.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini and cheese mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
