Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut the red bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and place them cut side down on a baking tray.
- Roast the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and charred.
- While the peppers are roasting, toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
