- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Gluten-free flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the roasted red bell peppers, green bell pepper, red chili flakes, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Add the beaten egg and olive oil into the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Spread the cheese and pepper mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice it into 4 equal pieces.
- Place the pieces upright in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
