Ingredients

  • Whiting fish fillets - 300 grams
  • Roasted red peppers - 100 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the roasted red peppers, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the whiting fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and spread the pepper mixture evenly on top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
