- Whiting fish fillets - 300 grams
- Roasted red peppers - 100 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the roasted red peppers, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the whiting fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and spread the pepper mixture evenly on top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
