- Greek yogurt - 4 tablespoons (for topping)

- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, roasted red pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
